Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:
- The tea pack must be completely sealed, unopened, and unused.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products that have been opened, damaged after delivery, or partially used are not eligible for a refund.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Aura Premium Tea reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
